FROMM MANOR
Monthly rent includes heat and water – tenants are responsible for their own power, telephone and cable services. Damage Deposit is $125.00.
ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS:
Applicant must be 18 years of age or older and must meet the qualifications the Saskatchewan Housing Corporation has established under the Saskatchewan Household Income Maximum – low (SHIM-low) which is $46,600 per year ($3,883 per month) - see line 15000 of Income Tax.
Applicant must meet the requirements Saskatchewan Housing’s definition of hard to house: “Persons who are unable to access or maintain stable housing due to one or more characteristics that create unusual barriers to housing. These people often need supports and/or services in order to access or maintain stable housing. This includes, but is not limited to, households with persons who have physical disabilities, mental health issues, addiction issues, behaviourial issues, or a number of these issues concurrently.”
Approved applicants are point rated to their need, with preference given to those with lower income and those who are living at risk.
Fromm Manor was built in 2015 with 11 studio/bachelor suites (with one suite being fully accessible).
BRADBROOKE DRIVE

Approved applicants are placed on the waiting list according to the date of application.
Bradbrooke Drive was built in two stages with 20 units built in 1959 and the remaining 20 in 1961. Each building consists of four studio/bachelor suites and one common laundry room.
Fromm Manor is operated under Saskatchewan Housing Corporation’s Social Housing Rental Program, which subsidizes the capital and operating costs of the building, allowing tenants to pay lower rent than they would in the private housing market.
Fromm Manor and Bradbrooke Drive Apartments consists of all bachelor/studio suites, and as such, only one tenant can occupy each suite.
